Walloon Brabant firefighters from the Nivelles and Tubize stations, as well as their Hainaut colleagues from Braine-le-Comte were called to intervene, shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, in a house located along rue Brison, south of Tubize.
When they arrived on the scene, the rescuers observed that the roof of the single-family home had completely burned down.
Nobody was injured, but the damage is very important. The cause of the accident remains to be determined.
Firefighters were still working to extinguish the flames, Sunday around 6:00 p.m.
