The campaign to contain the new coronavirus is entering a new phase. Tracing, tests, isolation, quarantine: in addition to these measures, the Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP) calls on the population not to relax their efforts.
Summer is coming to an end, the weather is getting colder and infections with the new coronavirus are increasing, noted Virginie Masserey, head of the Infection Control Section of the Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP) Thursday to the press. in Bern. In this context, the FOPH is updating its campaign ‘Here’s how to protect ourselves’.
The message is clear: ‘Take action!’ Thus, the office strongly reminds the population of the rules of hygiene and conduct which make it possible to guard against infection and protect others. The ‘TTIQ’ strategy is at the heart of the message: tracing, testing, isolation, quarantine.
Accompanied by the slogan ‘It’s your turn!’, The visuals call for strict compliance with isolation and quarantine in the event of a positive test, after having stayed in a risk zone or while awaiting the results of a test. In addition, you should always leave your contact details when asked.
As before, the campaign is aimed at the entire population. This time, however, it contains messages aimed specifically at young people, to motivate them to leave full contact details.
Advertising media take the form of digital posters, radio ads and classic online banners. They also appear on YouTube, social media, Tinder and the twitch.tv video game platform.
Campaign materials are available. The official posters of the FOPH can be downloaded in PDF format and printed: https://ofsp-coronavirus.ch/telechargements/.
