By virtue of Section 5, paragraph one, in conjunction with Section 8 of the Communicable Diseases Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the Minister of Public Health, with the advice of the Academic Committee, hereby issues the announcement as follows:
Article 1 This announcement is called “Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Cancellation of areas outside the Kingdom that are dangerous communicable diseases In the case of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) B.E. 2022”
Clause 2. This Notification shall come into force as from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
