Vidal has already hinted that he will share a strategy with the accused AFI agents and will seek to take the case to the courts of Comodoro Py.
Judge Ernesto Kreplak decided to advance the line drawn by Ana Russo’s prosecution and, in addition to ordering the identification of telephone numbers of Maria Eugenia Vidal In order to analyze his calls, he required the Buenos Aires government to deliver the computer that the current deputy used in her time at the head of the province of Buenos Aires. Marcelo villegas, who was the one who put into words his desire to have his own “Gestapo” to “end the unions”, the former Minister of Infrastructure Roberto Gigante, the former undersecretary of Justice Adrián Grassi, the current senator Juan Pablo Allan and the mayor of La Plata, Julio Garro. He required the same with respect to the three senior executives of the AFI who were at the meeting: Juan Sebastian De Stéfano (Legal issues), Darius Biorci (Head of Cabinet) and Diego Dalmau Pereyra (Counterintelligence).
The different ministries and the government must hand over the computers and other devices that the former officials and / or their secretaries may have used. The AFI will have to specify who of all those present at the table in question had assigned encrypted cell phones, which do not allow tracking of communications. The cell phones of the accused who have already been kidnapped began to be analyzed this week by the General Directorate of Investigations and Technological Support for Criminal Investigation (DATIP).
Another of the ordered measures, which may seem technical or bureaucratic, actually speaks of the scope that the investigated plot could have and who could be behind it: the judge requested information from three courts where the same AFI agents are already being investigated or indicated, and they are precisely all files on illegal intelligence operations of various kinds for political purposes. Kreplak and Prosecutor Russo want to know what was analyzed from De Stéfano, Dalmau Pereyra and Biorci’s phones and other devices.
One of the causes is known -in charge of Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi-, and is the one that refers to multiple espionage maneuvers during the Macri government, on politicians not only opponents but also the ruling party, trade unionists, journalists, leaders social, religious and people deprived of liberty linked to Kirchnerism. It is the case that the Federal Chamber tried to weaken with the theory of the self-employed agents but that, precisely the video of the anti-union “Gestapo” came to put in check by showing the presence of the three senior officers at the meeting with officials. Another case is that of espionage on the relatives of the ARA San Juan, still in the Federal Justice of Dolores. And one, more forgotten, is the one that was opened with the complaint of Hugo Moyano as a result of the fact that it came to light that two AFI men (one of them, De Stéfano, the other Fernando Di Pasquale, former director of Finance) Judge Luis Carzoglio handed over the order to arrest him, as well as his son Pablo. That case never advanced and was shelved. Carzoglio was not even summoned to testify.
The other inquiry
The Bicameral Intelligence Commission expected for this Tuesday the construction entrepreneurs who were at the meeting in Bapro, to whom Villegas, the officials and the spies explained how to manage to transform union claims into criminal charges against leaders and take them to jail.
