The Kolda section of the UFDG is sorry for Alpha Condé’s attitude, but remains confident and in solidarity with Cellou Dalein Diallo.

Despite the distance and Alpha Condé’s refusal to the Guinean diaspora in certain countries to vote such as Senegal, the Guinean section of the UFDG in Kolda remains very confident for the presidential election. As such, it supports and stands in solidarity with its candidate Cellou Dalein Diallo, reports Abdourahmane Diallo, coordinator of the UFDG section of Kolda.

According to the latter, “we deplore the abuses of candidate Alpha Condé for preventing us from voting. This situation hurts us so much that we cannot explain it. He is afraid because the polls we have done are in favor of Cellou Dalein Diallo (Ufdg). This explains the reasons for the border closures. ”

In the process, he argues that Alpha Condé is in the process of establishing an ethnic vote by dividing the Guineans. With these terms, he specifies “our party does not belong to the Fulani but to all Guineans without distinction of ethnicity. We are not against the Malinké, the soussous or the foresters, but we are against the Alpha Condé regime including his third unconstitutional mandate. ”

Coming back to the presidential election, he continues “despite the distance, all our hearts are there because we are Guineans. We are following this presidential election very little. Moreover, we did not sleep the day before this election thinking of the country. And please God we are going to win the presidential election. Today will be a memorable day for us, as we believe there will be a change. Our country needs roads, hospitals, solid education, and more. The sites for reconstruction are immense. And all this only regressed during the mandates of Aalpha Condé. Guinea is suffocating, we need new blood. ”

For the transparency of this election, he calls on the international community such as ECOWAS, the AU and the UN to ensure the smooth running of this election.
