The “relaxed person” has turned into a phenomenon, and hardly days pass without news of it starting to surprise us in various governorates. Despite repeated media and security warnings, citizens still fall into the nets of these swindlers, to finally cry out, requesting the intervention of the police and the prosecution to help them restore the life’s comfort.
But the question arises: Why is the name of the one who eats the wealth of the poor called the “comforter”?
The name Al-Mustareeh goes back to the first swindler who appeared in Upper Egypt and was known as Ahmed Mustafa, and his fame was “Ahmed Al-Mustareeh”, a businessman accused by citizens of fraud and appropriation of more than 30 million pounds, after which the name Al-Mustareeh was named after his scammers.
The victim usually uses the bait of huge monthly profits to hunt down his victims and quickly goes bankrupt or flees from a residential area so that the police bear the burden of searching for him in order to return the money to the owners.
In the following lines, we list the most famous “relaxed people” who took advantage of poverty and ignorance of others and were able to raise billions.
• Mushtih Aswan seized half a billion pounds from his victims, claiming to employ them in the livestock trade. His arrest was accompanied by widespread controversy after he caused the death of police leaders during his pursuit, and the security services succeeded in arresting him and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
• Mushtari Menoufia stole 200 million pounds and is considered one of the most famous fraudsters, as he deluded his victims into investing their money in exchange for huge monthly profits.
• The comfort of Suez seized 40 million pounds while he is an employee of a private company in Suez, and seized these funds, claiming that they were used to buy chalets in Ain Sukhna, and the security forces arrested him, as he admitted to seizing the sums through fraud.
• A comfortable man in Alexandria seized 14 million pounds and raised controversy, and after submitting reports against him, it was found that he is engaging in criminal activity in the field of defrauding citizens who wish to invest in their money and achieve quick wealth.
• Resting Qalyubia seized EGP 5 million from Qalyub residents, claiming more than EGP 5 million, claiming that they were used to buy lands.
• Resting Dakahlia seized 750 thousand pounds, as a number of victims deluded them into investing money in the pharmaceutical trade, in exchange for monthly profits.
