The Special Days of LVMH are making their comeback. In a video published by the company, we discover Antoine Arnault, the general manager of Berluti and son of Bernard Arnault, in the haute couture workshops of Dior, Avenue Montaigne, ask one of the seamstresses to teach her the slipper stitch. Why ? To elegantly mark October 14, 15 and 16, 2022 on its calendar, dates of Special Days.
Launched in 2011 by Antoine Arnault, the Journées Particulières are, like the Heritage Days, three days where the workshops, cellars, cellars, mansions, family homes and historic shops are exceptionally open to the public. In 2018, nearly 180,000 people discovered the backstage, know-how and heritage of the major luxury group.
This year 95 places, in France and in 15 other countries of the world, will open their doors to the public: the New York workshop of Tiffanyhotels Belmondthe lounges Chaumet Place Vendôme, the Hennessy Grand Tasting Office in Cognac, the Guerlain manufacturing site at Orphil’Atelier Louis Vuitton in Drôme, the Numanthia wine estate in Spain, the Acqua di Parma perfumery house in Italy and even the Provençal castles in ‘Esclans and Galoupet, to name but a few.
Visits to these exclusive places are free but it is advisable to reserve your places in advance. The ticket office for the event will open on September 22, 2022.
