The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation wants to reduce the response time to appeal against the call for mobilization to 3-5 days

The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation agrees with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to reduce the response time to appeals against partial mobilization to three to five days. This was stated by the head of the ministry Maksut Shadayev during a webinar with representatives of the IT industry, he is quoted by TASS.

“Formally, according to the law, the response time is 30 days. We are trying to agree on a shorter period with the Ministry of Defense – three days, at least five days. Now we are working with them to agree on the terms,” he said.

Shadayev also stressed that almost all cases with the mobilization of Russian IT specialists, except for one, were successfully resolved.

“That emergency procedure associated with the presentation of a set of documents, the bringing of government telegrams, it generally works. All these cases have been successfully resolved in our favor. We only have information about one case when our escalation system did not work,” commented the head of the Ministry of Digital Development.

It is reported that in the near future, expanded lists of employees of IT companies that are subject to a deferment from partial mobilization will be delivered to all military registration and enlistment offices of the regions of the Russian Federation.
