Eiffage Immobilier’s new generation CAZAM senior serviced apartment concept is entering a new stage in its development with the acquisition of a stake by the Montana Group through its Montana Gestion entity, which specializes in supporting seniors.
The two players now share equally the capital of the management company of the commercial offer CAZAM. This joint venture will benefit from the expertise of Eiffage Immobilier in the development and construction of residences and that of Montana Gestion in operation and provision of services.
Driven by a common vision based on the well-being of seniors and the quality of the services provided to them, Eiffage Immobilier and Montana Gestion will work together to develop CAZAM residences throughout France. The CAZAM offer will be reinforced by the Home Assistance and Support Service offered to residents, in response to significant demand observed in the region.
Launched in 2019, CAZAM provides a response to the aging of the French population by allowing seniors to remain actors in the city. CAZAM is based on three pillars: residences developed in the heart of neighborhoods, a high service culture and a premium but accessible positioning.
Already 3 operations are currently under construction in Pontoise, Saint-Ouen and Clermont-Ferrand, while 2 are about to start in Vernon and L’Haÿ-les-Roses. By the end of 2022, around ten CAZAM residences will be in development in the region.
