The Reliability Study is based on the responses of more than 36,000 original vehicle owners of the 2017 model year after three years of ownership.
J.D. Power conducted the study from July to November 2019.
Identification with the highest ratings – Genesis
Being the first year that J.D. Power includes this mark in its inquiries, Genesis occupies the highest place in general reliability with a score of 89 PP100.
Genesisi beat Lexus, Toyota. Buick, Porsche, these being the highest five.
Most reliable vehicle in general – Lexus ES
The Lexus ES occupies the highest position of all the vehicles in the study. Your score is the best score ever recorded in the 31-year history of the study.
Small car – Honda Fit
The Honda Fit stands out in space management, has a spacious place inside and outside is a small vehicle.
Compact sports car – Mazda MX-5 Miata
The MX-5 2017 incorporated the technology SKYACTIV for better performance and more efficiency. This Mazda is approximately 150 pounds lighter than its predecessor, which makes it light, agile and fun to drive.
Medium car – Buick Regal
