The NO cancellation of Michael Jackson

With the release of a gut-churning documentary, “Leaving Neverland,” many believed that Michael Jackson would be canceled. Nothing is further from the truth: his influence is more evident than ever both in the mainstream -and to show the artistic drift of The Weeknd- and in lesser-known projects -Laura Mvula’s latest album-.

In the new episode of «Revelación o Timo, the JENESAISPOP podcast», Sebas and Claudio analyze what has happened or what has not happened with Michael Jackson, in the company of Álvaro Cuesta, an old friend and occasional collaborator of the web, in the day that would have been his 63rd birthday.

For more than 1 hour, the three of them debate whether he is the best artist of all time, which is Michael’s best album, what the famous “Disco Demolition Night” represented, the artist’s extensive videography, vitiligo or the relationship with Diana Ross. The podcast has two more guests: La Terremoto de Alcorcón and the music producer and big fan of Michael Jackson Gabi Oré, which recalls the concerts of Michael Jackson, and what his presence represented for the institutions of Valladolid and Zaragoza during the 90’s; as well as the moment when she was able to meet him in London.
