Preparing Ministry of Transportation For the opening of the Kit Kat metro station, one of the new stations scheduled to open in the middle of next month within 4 stations, namely “Nasser – Maspero – Safaa Hegazy – Kit Kat”, within the first part of the third phase of the metro line from Ataba to Kit Kat.
The seventh day monitored the preparations work at the new Kit Kat metro station, where the street is now being prepared and paved with interlocks and station entrances, and the lighting poles have been modernized and the distance from the square to El Alamein Street is being upgraded.
The ministry is scheduled to open 4 new metro stations on the third line, in mid-July. They are “Nasser, Maspero, Safaa Hegazy, and Kit Kat” stations. The largest of these stations is Nasser Station, which is an interchange station with the first metro line.
The stations of the first part of the third phase extend from Ataba to Kit Kat with a length of 4 km and include (4) tunnel stations (Nasser – Maspero – Safaa Hegazy – Kit Kat) passing through the tunnel under the Nile from Maspero station to Safaa Hegazy station in Zamalek.
