The Port of Barcelona reduces its profits by 63% in 2020, but is already noticing a recovery

The Port of Barcelona closed 2020 with a profit of 17 million euros, 63% less than the previous year, due to the impact of the covid-19. Nevertheless, since October there has been an inflection that lasted into November and December with more goods than the same months of the previous year. This growth has also been maintained this January and February, as explained this Thursday by the President of the Port Authority, Mercè Conesa, in the presentation of the annual results of the infrastructure.
