The prize in dollars that Booking gave me for reserving accommodations with them

I recently booked a stunning property on the island of Mallorca (Spain). In addition to its features and the excellent reviews left by passengers who stayed there previously, I ended up deciding something that informed me Booking when simulating the reservation: the total of the reservation was €1,484, but they deducted €74 from me and, in addition, they informed me that they would give me a prize, me would return €104 that would remain in my Booking account and could be used to pay for another reservation.

This is how they reported it:

You are going to receive €104 credit for this reservation

You receive it in your Wallet 14 days after the stay and it is valid for one year. You can use it in any option on Booking.com that says “Pay with Wallet”.

Indeed, I already stayed and checked out; 14 days passed and Booking processed my prize and I already have it in my wallet. If I want to use it to pay for a new reservation, it works:

The truth is that I don’t know what the criteria is for Booking to grant one of these prizes, since in another reservation that I made a couple of days later I didn’t see the option, but if you are lucky enough to have it appear, know that you comply and it works.

This was the accommodation we rented: The special accommodation we booked in Mallorca (Spain)

By the way, remember that many times you can pay with Paypal on this platform: Paypal appears among the payment options in Booking when you are in Europe
