The Qatari Ministry of Health issued a decision banning the import of some vegetables from Lebanon due to the high rate of lead poisoning and the E. coli virus repeatedly in the past months.

She pointed out that starting from November 7, 2021, the requirement to ban the import of mint, coriander, coriander, watercress, thyme and mallow from Lebanon will be added as a precautionary measure due to the high percentage of pesticide residues in it.
