Customer services then moved on. “Call centers that required computers to be connected to servers in open spaces have changed technology to allow their call center agents to operate remotely”, notes Caroline Del Torchio, co-author of 10 Keys to Preparing My Business for Remote Work.
Network structures (bank, interim, etc.) partially shifted in May. Rotations between staff have been organized so that they can work at a distance and welcome customers on site. “Everything that is formalized is telerobust and therefore resists teleworking well, summarizes Olivier Sibony, professor at HEC. Conversely, everything that is informal is telefragile. ”
