Concordia-Salto is the only border crossing that has the center of the border on the Entre Ríos side.

This Tuesday, the Governor of Entre Ríos made statements, within the framework of the delivery of documentation referred to public works. There, he made reference to the enabling of the Concordia-Salto border crossing.

Regarding this, the president regretted the centralist vision of “Some officials”, and established that “cost much” enable the crossing in Concordia-Salto.

Regarding the restrictions, he reported that the circulation of the Delta strain of coronavirus in Uruguay is much stronger, and that “you have to take care of it.” However, he expressed that the restrictions will decrease, as long as the pandemic allows it.

In turn, Bordet regretted that “the requirements are more bureaucratic than we would like.” This is due, according to the president, to the fact that “there are civil servants with administrative rank, who have a vision of things in Buenos Aires that is not the one that happens here ”.
