The current small party members of the younger generation include Miao Boya from the Social Democratic Party, and Lin Liangjun, Lin Yingmeng, and Huang Yufen, who were members of the Times Power Party in the last election but later quit the party and are now independent of the party. The election made supporters quite sad.

Some incumbent members of the Democratic Progressive Party, Liang Wenjie and Jiang Zhiming, lost their positions, but rookies Lin Yanfeng, Hong Wanzhen, He Menghua, Zhao Yixiang, Zhang Wenjie, Wang Xiaowei, and Yan Ruofang, who came back to the election, were successfully elected.

All the incumbent members of the Kuomintang are gone, and the rookies include Zeng Xianying, Lin Xinger, Zhan Weiyuan, Yang Zhidou, and Liu Caiwei.

The Taiwan People’s Party founded by Taipei Mayor Ke Wenzhe has one seat in each of the six constituencies in Taipei City. In this election, a total of 4 seats were won, including Huang Jingying, Chen Youcheng, Lin Zhenyu, and Zhang Zhihao.
