the sign will make them available for free!

It’s officially the beginning of the long holidays and, with them, the arrival of good weather. If the sun has already been present for several weeks, Lidl has decided to set up a major awareness campaign in its stores from this Friday, July 1. Concretely, the brand will install several sunscreen terminals, made available free of charge to the general public. The goal ? Protect Belgians (and tourists) from the sun’s rays which could do the greatest good to morale, while representing a significant danger for the skin

Lidl partners with various local events to incorporate sunscreen dispensers. These will be located at 9 different locations ranging from the Belgian side to sports centres. In order to reach young and old who benefit directly from the sun’s rays, Lidl will, for example, install sunscreen terminals in the Adventure Valley in Durbuy, Dock 79 in Saint-Ghislain and the Garrincha sports center in Charleroi. .

“Lidl’s commitments regarding the quality and accessibility of our products no longer need to be demonstrated. We make every effort on a daily basis to offer the highest quality products at the lowest price. We are happy to be able to join forces with various events to make as many people as possible aware of the need to protect themselves with effective sunscreen, even in the heart of Belgium,” explains Julien Wathieu, spokesperson for Lidl Belgium.
