The facts date back to Sunday October 9 and took place in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. During the evening, a robber wearing a devil mask enters the “De Gildehof” chip shop armed with a knife. He immediately goes to the cash register, but the staff hasn’t let it go.

As we can see in a video posted on social networks, the employees managed to subdue the man, with fries or a fryer basket. The 45-year-old thief was finally arrested a few minutes later by law enforcement.

On Facebook, the manager of the chip shop addresses a few words to her customers the day after the events: “We are not letting ourselves be beaten down by people completely off the mark, we will continue to cook you the tastiest fries from today. today”.
