“The convened Advisory and Inquiry Commission decided today to open a special inquiry into the Yassine M case. Any special inquiry by the SCJ focuses on the functioning of the judicial system, not on individual responsibilities . If necessary, recommendations are made so that such events cannot happen again,” he said.
This is the second time that the CSJ has conducted a special investigation into an ongoing judicial inquiry with access to the court file.
