Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Public Prosecution Council, headed by His Excellency the Attorney General Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujeeb, approved the establishment of the Tourism Prosecution at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution, and its affiliated prosecution offices at international and regional airports in the Kingdom under the name of “Tourism Prosecution”.
The Tourism Prosecution aims to complete the procedures of tourists and visitors’ cases within a short time in accordance with the system and the principles of successful justice, in line with the goals of tourism within the Kingdom’s Vision (2030).
The Public Prosecution Office stated that the new Public Prosecution Office will work around the clock to ensure that tourists enjoy their rights and guarantees
It employs a cadre of qualified members of the Public Prosecution Office and their assistants who have been trained and equipped with the necessary skills in accordance with the highest standards of legal competence and international treaties and covenants.
