These are the only 3 exercises you need to be in shape

It is mistakenly thought that to be in shape and enjoy good physical health, workouts that include many different exercises are necessary. In reality, behind a healthy body are hidden only three keys to keep in mind: the deadlift, the push-up and the squat.

In this video, our personal trainer Víctor Téllez (@vtellezcoach) explains why we should practice these three exercises that are enough to maintain our physical well-being. The first of them, the dead weight with dumbbell or kettlebell, serves to train all our strength. during this move we will not only work our legs, but also our dorsals.

To activate our upper body, there is the bottom or the push-up, the ideal exercise for chest, arms and abdomen. Among the benefits of practicing it, there is that of improving the health of the back and avoiding shoulder, elbow or wrist injuries in the event of possible falls the blows.

Lastly, the squat allows, in the words of Téllez, “not only to improve the strength of the core, but favor the integration of breathing during the execution of the same exercise”.
