• The bloodless automobile

At the end of April, Novares, better known by its original name, Mecaplast, requested to be placed in receivership. Ineligible for the loan guaranteed by the State, this important French equipment manufacturer (12,000 employees, including 1,300 in France) specialized in the manufacture of plastic parts, will know the verdict of the court of Nanterre, transfer or continuation, by the end of the week. It is the first visible victim of the car crash, a sector that employs 900,000 people.
