Turkish politician reveals “the biggest scandal in Turkey’s modern history” and demands Erdogan publish photos from university days

Al-Marsad newspaper: A Turkish newspaper revealed that a detained Kurdish leader questioned Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s university degree, describing it as “the biggest scandal in the history of modern countries.”

In the details, the Turkish opposition newspaper “Zaman” reported that the detained Kurdish leader, Salah al-Din Demirtaş, wrote in an article published in the Turkish newspaper “Düvar” saying that “Turkey may face the biggest scandal in the history of modern countries because of the (false) testimony of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.” “.

And the newspaper pointed out that the former presidential candidate, Demirtaş, “again raised the issue of President Erdogan’s university degree, which he claims is (forged), noting that he wrote in an article titled “The President’s Certificate” saying that “the president’s university degree is not only an exciting topic for discussion, but is (It’s very dangerous).

In the context of his allegations, Demirtaş was quoted as saying, “It does not matter much whether a person went to university or not, he knows many people who have developed and become qualified, even though they did not go to university.”

This Turkish Kurdish politician wrote: “The situation I am talking about here is whether a very important condition required to reach the most important administrative level in a country is met. We will know the truth after the elections. We may face the biggest scandal in the history of modern countries. Imagine what will happen If it turns out that someone who allegedly ran the country alone for nearly 10 years with a fake university degree is really ineligible.”

Questioning Erdogan’s university degree, Demirtaş, a former co-chair of the HDP, wrote, “Let’s say you’re a university graduate. Why don’t we know one college classmate for you? You appointed almost all your classmates from middle and high school to state posts, but you didn’t appoint One university friend? Isn’t this a shame for your university colleagues, if they exist?!”

Demirtaş continued, “Is it possible that a person does not have a single photo from his university years? Why do you not have any photos from your university days? Why did not one person come out and say: We went to university together, we were in the same college, we were in the same class?” Suppose you don’t have any friends, don’t you have a professor at the university? Why didn’t one professor come out to say (he was one of my students)? Or why didn’t you say (so and so is my professor at the university?)”.
