Kremlin critic Mikhail Khodorkovsky is urging the West to supply heavy weapons to the Ukraine. “If the Ukrainians are not supplied with the weapons they are requesting, fighting will soon resume Kyiv come,” said the 58-year-old to “Bild” (Saturday). Ukraine: Reports of dead and injured in Russian attacks
Ukraine has blamed Russia for the deaths of five civilians in the government-held part of the Donetsk region in the east of the country. “Today Russians killed five citizens of Donbass and wounded four others,” wrote the region’s governor Pavlo Kirilenko on Friday in the Telegram news channel.
