The Comptroller General’s Department increases procurement flexibility. In the case of a limit of not more than 100 million baht, respond to the policy to expedite the disbursement of government budgets.

Therefore, in order to expedite budget expenditure to be flexible, expeditious and in line with the Cabinet resolutions which will make money into the economy asap Public Procurement and Supplies Management Committee (The Diagnostic Committee) therefore has established guidelines for the procurement limit of not more than 100 million baht, with the following important things:
Publication of draft notices and draft purchase or hire documents
– Electronic bidding (e-bidding) with an amount exceeding 500,000 baht but not exceeding 10,000,000 baht is under the discretion of the head of the government agency. to be published to hear opinions from entrepreneurs or not to publish announcements and purchase or hire documents
– Purchase of employment by e-bidding method with a limit of more than 500,000 baht but not more than 100,000,000 baht, government agencies shall publish announcements and documents of purchase or hire for a single purchase or hire of not less than 3 business days.
– For purchase of employment by e-bidding method with an amount exceeding 100,000,000 baht, government agencies shall publish announcements and documents for purchase or hire by electronic bidding for at least 20 business days.
– Hiring a consultant and the hiring of design or construction supervision for government agencies to publish announcements and employment documents for at least 3 consecutive business days
