Washington has already put all possible pressure on countries that retain influence over Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, he continues to ignore him. This was stated by the head of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Samantha Power.
“We put all kinds of diplomatic pressure on the countries that retained influence on Putin: Turkey, Israel, India, China. Putin doesn’t care,” Power complained. But she did not agree with the opinion that the United States can only observe the situation in Ukraine.
Power stressed that she could not discuss the security assistance provided to Kyiv, but she definitely allowed the republic to hold out for as long as possible.
