This is what the Corona opening strategy looks like

The federal and state governments are planning a turnaround in their corona policy. A much higher seven-day incidence should be used as a central value in the opening strategy than before. In future, openings should also be possible with values below 100. However, the federal and state governments assume that the expanded vaccination and mass rapid tests will be able to control the spread of the pandemic despite further opening steps. The lockdown is generally extended until March 28th. The possibility of private get-togethers with friends, relatives and acquaintances will be extended again from March 8th. Private gatherings between your own household and another household are now possible, but limited to a maximum of five people. Children up to the age of 14 are not counted. After the first steps in the area of schools and hairdressers, in a second step bookshops, flower shops and garden centers are to be assigned to the retail of daily needs in all federal states. With appropriate hygiene concepts, they should be allowed to reopen. The same applies to previously closed body-friendly service companies as well as driving and flight schools. Depending on the number of infections, a third opening step should be possible. This starts with a 7-day incidence of less than 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants: This includes the gradual opening of retail stores and the opening of museums. If the infection process allows, a fourth opening step should follow. This includes the opening of outdoor catering, the opening of theaters, concert and opera houses and cinemas. Contact-free indoor sports should also be possible again. In a fifth step – again depending on the infection process – further loosening should be possible. For example, outdoor events with up to 50 participants. Should the incidences rise significantly again, the restrictions should be tightened again. The so-called emergency brake is applied. Further relaxation, for example for restaurants and hotels, is to be discussed on March 22nd.

The federal and state governments have agreed on a step-by-step plan for openings.
