Vivo S9 Leaks, Focus on Polishing Selfie Camera

Vivo has completed smartphone Vivo S9’s newest S series and is predicted to be officially launched on March 3, 2021 in China. Now Vivo is said to be focusing on the alias front camera technology selfie.

Based on the teaser video footage shared by Vivo, the Chinese company is changing its focus on the front camera device.

By displaying the nicknames ‘Illuminating My Beauty’ and ‘Very Night Soft Light Selfie’. This can be concluded, the company is focusing on the front camera technology rather than the main camera.

The technology company has reportedly recruited famous Japanese musician and singer LiSA as the Vivo S9 device ambassador.

Reportedly this device will be equipped with the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset. Meanwhile, another leak says the Vivo S9e is predicted to be supported by the MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset.

On the display side, the Vivo S9 has a 6.4-inch display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and notch cut out embedded, as well as two selfie cameras on the front which are equipped with dual 44MP cameras. This sensor is confirmed to have something in common with the previous Vivo S7.

On the back, this device has a 64MP main sensor but there is not much information about the rear camera of the Vivo S9.

Quoted Gadgets360, this phone is predicted to have two storage variants, namely 8GB / 128GB RAM and 12GB / 256GB RAM. Not only that, this device has connectivity that supports 5G Enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) signals.

Based on the leak in the 3C certification, the Vivo S9 is equipped with 33W fast charging via USB-C Port, and a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAH.

Regarding the display, the Vivo S9 will have a flat aluminum frame with a body that is 7.31 mm thick, and is predicted to weigh 168 grams. However, it is not yet known which color variant will be launched in March.
