The picture showed a person wearing a short bisht, in an unfamiliar scene, different from the full bisht.
Tweeters expressed their rejection of the design of the Bisht in this way, considering that this represents a distortion of the heritage.
A tweet commented, “Hundreds of years old clothes should not be photographed in this way.”
A singer added: Penalties are imposed on those who offend the important symbols in our Arab dress. The Bisht has its appreciation and status.
