The court decided to refer the papers of Nehru Abdel Moneim, accused of killing the priest Wadeed, to the Mufti of the Republic to express the legal opinion on his execution, and set the next June 11 session to pronounce the verdict.

During the session, the Public Prosecution said that the accused had proven his mental strength, and it was found that he was psychologically stable and had killed the priest’s soul with premeditation.
