If you have to take action against the coronavirus pandemic anywhere, the hut at Kelly Clarkson’s Montana Ranch feels as good as anyone else. In fact, the new video tour of the multi-hyphen star through the “super-sweet, cozy” room wishes us to have our own rustic accommodation in the west, where we could get involved. In the absence of this, however, we will be content to virtually visit Clarkson’s home in the distance.
Clarkson followed the social detachment and quarantine guidelines and brought her family to Montana to wait for the current global health crisis at her Vintage Valley Ranch. And while she’s definitely connecting to nature while out there, she’s not exactly disconnected from the network – she aired the Kelly Clarkson Show while hiding on site. So it is only natural that she gives fans an insight into her makeshift studio and where she will lay her head for the time being.
Clarkson shares the Montana hut (and the ranch it is on) with husband Brandon Blackstock. Their two children, the 5-year-old daughter River Rose and the 3-year-old son Remington, as well as Blackstock’s 13-year-old son Seth from his previous marriage are with them. As Clarkson explains in her video tour, Blackstock’s 18-year-old daughter Savannah isn’t currently with them in Montana. But for the rest of their crew, they’re making the most of their Montana quarantine.
Let’s take a look at their excavations.
Before Clarkson enters the “efficiency booth”, she points out the Christmas wreath that is still hanging on the door. “Hey, thanks, Gwen Stefani, for sending this to us for Christmas. It’s still going out here in the wilderness, “she said with a laugh, adding,” She’s sending us these beautiful wreaths. “
The “super cute and cozy” cabin may be small, but everyone has a place to sleep! Clarkson pointed to the right corner of the room and revealed: “Remy and River are sleeping on small bunks there.” Then she pointed the camera at the center and left of the room and said: “There I and Brandon sleep. And here Seth, our 13-year-old sleeps. It can be another bunk, but our 18-year-old is usually not with us . “
Country kitchen unit
Clarkson’s roots shine through in the tiny kitchenette of the cabin – there is a black and white portrait of the country and bluegrass icon Dolly Parton on the wall. “Of course we have Dolly in the cabin,” Clarkson said.
On the other side of the kitchen unit, a free-standing wood stove / fireplace enhances the rustic warmth of the cabin (in the truest sense of the word and figuratively).
What can a family do if everything is closed in the country? Spend a good time together, of course. And for Clarkson, this includes “games and puzzles” because my kids love puzzles.
The great outdoors
It goes without saying that in Montana, where the hut is located, there are also many spacious rooms to enjoy. Looking at the outdoor ranch that Clarkson shared on her show last week, she said, “It’s nice to be immersed in nature. As a society, we don’t do that enough. We work all the time, so it’s nice, easy to get out of here and sit by the stream and hear the water flowing and being around all the trees. I love the sound of nature and not cars and not people above one another. “
