We publish the date of Eid Al-Adha prayers in the cities and governorates of the Republic

A crescent moon is born Dhul-Hijjah Immediately after the pairing occurred at exactly four o’clock and 52 in the morning Cairo local time today, Wednesday, 29/6/2022 AD (the day of sighting).

The new crescent remains in the sky of Makkah Al-Mukarramah for 32 minutes, and in Cairo for 37 minutes after sunset on that day (the day of sighting), and in the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the new crescent remains in their sky for periods ranging from (32-37 minutes). In Arab and Islamic capitals and cities, the new crescent remains after sunset on that day for periods ranging from (23-43 minutes).

Thus, the first of the month of Dhul-Hijjah 1443 AH will be astronomical on Thursday 30/6/2022 AD, and the pause for Arafat for the year 1443 AH will be astronomical on Friday 8/7/2022 AD, and the blessed Eid al-Adha for the year 1443 AH will be astronomical on Saturday 9/7/2022 AD.
