He added that the cold masses are expected to reach northern Upper Egypt from Thursday, so that the temperatures in northern Upper Egypt will reach 22 degrees, calling on citizens to follow the weather forecast, especially during this period, which is witnessing sharp and rapid changes in weather conditions, and not to be deceived by the high temperatures.
