We’re off to the new “TRON” roller coaster at Walt Disney World

Three weeks after the expected opening of TRON Lightcycle / Run a Walt Disney World, First hour will enter the digital world of this video game in a special access that will have in the Magic Kingdom theme park on Tuesday.

The attraction follows the story of the film TRON: Legacy (2010), in which Kevin Flynn’s son Sam opens a second portal to The Grid (Network).

From next April 4, visitors will have the opportunity to get on a lightcycle o light bike on what promises to be one of the fastest roller coasters in all of Disney.

In TRON Lightcycle / Runlovers of adrenaline and speed will experience being ‘digitized’ and transported to a career as members of the Blue Team to face the Orange Team, the Grid program. The objective will be to cross eight Energy Gates (Energy Portals) and achieve victory.

This attraction will open in the United States after the opening of a similar one in Shanghai Disneyland in 2016.

TRON Lightcycle / Run will not have a row standby as usual. After purchasing your ticket and park entrance reservation, you must use the application My Disney Experience to get a space in the virtual queue.
