Why is Colombia at a respiratory peak if the covid continues to decline? This says Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health reiterated this Friday that the country currently has a peak in acute respiratory infections (ARI) and serious infections (SARI) in the country, which includes the covid-19 disease.
