Yohst Capito, the team representative of Williams F1, has given Mick Schumacher that there may be other options other than Haas F1 team for the 2023 season.

Yohst Capito, who was asked whether Williams F1 and Schumaching sound like an attractive combination, admitted that it would be attractive.
However, Yohst Capito claims that the Williams F1 team has several other options for 2023, like Haas F1 team.

“But the decision will probably be after the season. I think it will be right after Abu Dhabi or 1-2 weeks.”
Prior to the F1 Japan GP, Alpha Tauri is ready to announce that Nick de Flesey will join the Red Bull camp in 2023 and Pierre Gasley will transfer to the Alpine F1 team.
“The whole market is moving. Something changes every day,” said Yoast Capito.
“We are not putting pressure on ourselves, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make a decision sooner.”
For example, if the contract between Nick de Flesey and Alpha Tauri is not concluded, De Flesey will jump into Williams’ F1 seat pole position.
“Not just us. Other teams are very interested in Nick.”
“I have to look at what decision makes me make a decision. I don’t want to make a decision yet. If he decides to participate in another team in advance, that’s fine.”
Yost Capito states that Alexander Albon is an “experienced driver” means that Williams can afford to choose an inexperienced teammate next year.
