Every evening, Jean Prat joins his animals there. The breeder knows the temperament of each of his animals. For him it is a heartbreak to have to part with it. “The Aubrac cow ages well up to 20 years, it is quite exceptional. At the production level, they are kept up to 10-12 years to enhance the animal. Then we try to sell them, for reproduction at another breeder“explains Jean Prat.
