This is how Marcela Ontiveros, the mother of Marcos Guenchulthe personal trainer murdered in 2019, facing the verdict of the case that will be known this Wednesday and that he has on the bench accused to Priscila Denoya (ex of Marcos), her partner Caio Soso (and father of the second daughter of the accused) and Maximiliano Panero, who is accused of being the one who shot him dead.
Prosecutors Adrián Spelta and Gisela Paolicelli requested life imprisonment for Panero (considered the perpetrator), Soso and Denoya (as “functional co-perpetrators”), linked to a plan to end the life of the physical trainer, as a result of the conflict he had with the woman with whom they had a daughter in common.
