Women’s questions: ending the pain of migraines

Each Friday, we will deal with a topic of women’s health, in a practical way. Today we are talking about migraines and headaches. Migraines affect women more frequently: there are thus three times more women affected than men.

What is the difference between a migraine and a headache? How to treat migraines? What are the hygiene rules to follow and those to proscribe? In which case to consult?
