World No Tobacco Day – Health Priority

According to a WHO report in December 2019, the number of people using tobacco worldwide has started to decrease for the first time. Yet smoking continues to cause nearly 8 million deaths worldwide each year.

On World No Tobacco Day, we take stock. What risks does tobacco pose to our health? How to achieve quitting smoking?

At the end of the program, we find the anti-sedentary physical activity session, with the Dr Jean-Marc Sène, sports doctor and doctor of the French judo team.
