Dubai: The first artificial intelligence (AI)-capable fire brigade office has started operations in Dubai. This is the first initiative in the world to use artificial intelligence in the field of fire protection. Another feature of the office is that you can avail the services of virtual officers who are proficient in multiple languages. This will help the civil defense officers to strategize for the fastest possible rescue operation in the event of a fire.
This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with intelligent proactive systems. By analyzing scientific information and other factors, it will enhance the capabilities of the civil defense team to deal with the challenges arising from fire. It is estimated that the accident rate has reduced significantly after the implementation of the new facility.
UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently inaugurated the Civil Defense Readiness Room at the General Directorate of Civil Defense office in Dubai.
