The leaders of Neuchâtel Xamax have signed new contracts with a vengeance in recent days. This Wednesday, after the announcement of the arrival of left winger Eric Tia, they announce the engagement of another left-hander, side Bruno Morgado (22 years old, 179 cm).
This Valais player, who also has Portuguese nationality, was trained at FC Sion, a club with which he played 27 matches in the Super League. He had been trained in particular by Michel Decastel when he was playing with the M21s of Sedun. It was sold last season to Rapperswil (Promotion League). With the Saint-Welsh club, he played the first matches of this season and he even scored against his former club, FC Sion, in the Swiss Cup.
Capable of playing in midfield as well, Morgado has signed up with Xamax until June 2021, with an option for an additional season.
