A few days ago, the authorities announced the fourth time that the content was very different from the previous statement. The client, Dong Moumin, was regarded as a “good citizen” by the authorities before, but now he has been arrested by the authorities for “unlawful detention”.

February 10,XuzhouThe city official issued a notice saying that DNA tests were carried out on the relics of Yang Mouxia (this name was taken by Dong Moumin), Guang Mouying (Xiaohuamei’s half-sister) and Pu Mouma (Xiaohuamei’s mother, who has passed away). The result of the comparison is that Pu Mouma, Yang Mouxia and Guang Mouying are in a mother-daughter relationship, and it is determined that Yang Mouxia is Xiaohuamei.

In the previous report, the official pointed out that Yang Mouxia’s original name was “Xiaohuamei”.

In addition, the report also mentioned that Dong Moumin was suspected of illegal detention, Sang Mouniu and Shi Mouzhong were suspected of abduction and trafficking in women, and the three have been taken criminal compulsory measures.

The above notification isXuzhouAuthorities for “Feng Countygive birthEight childrenFourth Circular of the Women’s case.

In the first video revealing the case of “Fengxian who gave birth to a woman with eight children”, Yang Mouxia was dressed in thin clothes and lived in a shabby, cold, dilapidated house.According to the photographer, Yang Mouxia is the mother of 8 children, located inJiangsuHuankou Town, Fengxian County, Xuzhou City, Province.

What made netizens even more angry was that Yang Mouxia’s neck was locked by chains, and he was actually imprisoned in this broken house. Subsequently, the tragic situation of Yang Mouxia aroused public outrage. As the incident continued to ferment and became the focus of public opinion, many netizens successively broke the news about the shady story of local abduction and trafficking of women, pointing directly to the grass-roots government as the umbrella for this crime.

Authorities’ four briefings accused of ‘contradictory’

As it was on the eve of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the relevant topics of the case were blocked by the authorities. Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province has issued four notices on the case of “Feng County gave birth to eight children”, but several official “investigation versions” were accused of “inconsistency” and “the more the description is darker.”

On January 28, the official Fengxian County of Xuzhou City issued a notice for the first time in response to the situation reported by netizens that “a woman who was trafficked and gave birth to 8 children was locked in a broken house”. The report stated that Yang Mouxia “was married with Dong Moumin, Huankou Town, Fengxian County, with a license in August 1998, and there was no abduction and trafficking.” It also stated that Yang Mouxia “suffered from mental illness” and often “beats children and the elderly for no reason.” The official first briefing angered public opinion.

On January 30, Fengxian County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province issued the second report on the investigation of “women who gave birth to eight children”. Regarding the origin of Yang Mouxia, the report stated that “Yang Mouxia was taken in by Dong Moumin’s father Dong Mougeng (deceased) when he was begging at the junction of Huankou Town and Shandong Yutai County in June 1998.” Regarding whether Yang Mouxia was abducted, the report stated that “no abduction and trafficking were found.”

Ironically, the bulletin also emphasized that the authorities provide Dong Moumin’s family with a number of subsistence allowances, including “consolation money” on festivals every year; 5 of them receive a living allowance of 750 yuan per person and 500 yuan per person per semester. Funds and government subsidies; the village committee has often provided them with living materials for many years; the town government has distributed 37,000 yuan to build 4 new houses for them.

Under the “protection” of the authorities, the eight-child father also started a high-profile business, doing live broadcasts, delivering goods, and receiving wedding advertisements. Netease reported that it was originally thought that after the public opinion rose, the mother of eight children would be rescued, the children would be properly settled, and the beasts would be punished.

On February 7, Xuzhou city officials issued a notice for the third time, saying that Yang Mouxia, formerly known as “Xiaohuamei” (parents deceased), was from Yagu Village, Fugong County, Yunnan Province. “Xiaohuamei” married in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province in 1994. After her divorce in 1996, she returned to Yagu Village. At that time, she had shown abnormal speech and behavior. Sang Moumou from the same village took “Xiaohuamei” to Jiangsu for treatment. After the two arrived in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, “Xiaohuamei” went missing. At that time, Sang did not call the police or inform “Xiaohuamei”‘s family.

Regarding this official briefing, Beijing lawyer Hao Yachao issued a document questioning the Xuzhou report Zhang Guan and Li Dai, which are full of loopholes and seriously violate common sense.

Under the pressure of public opinion, the Xuzhou authorities issued the above-mentioned fourth bulletin.

People broke the news: local trafficking of women is common

The above-mentioned case of “a woman who gave birth to eight children in Fengxian County” is not the first local case.

Deng Fei, a former senior investigative reporter in mainland China, recently broke the news on Weibo that there was a woman in the village where the eight-child mother lived, the mother who was lying on the ground and trembling in the video. He said, “The nerves are not very normal anymore. They can’t walk anymore. They can’t walk normally. They are tied every day.”

In an interview with The Epoch Times, U.S. current affairs commentator Yokogawa said that a considerable number of women abducted and trafficked in China are due to family planning, and there is an imbalance between men and women. Now there are at least tens of millions of bachelors in China. The CCP’s one-child policy will not directly lead to mass human trafficking, but it constitutes a necessary condition.

He said that illegal human trafficking is a relatively serious crime, and sentences have been severe in all dynasties. The CCP’s sentencing for human trafficking is very light, which has never been seen in history, nor has it been seen in any country in the world. This is part of the evil of the CCP.

So far, the All-China Women’s Federation, which says it aims to “defend the rights and interests of women and children,” has not commented on the case.

On the evening of February 7, when dozens of people drove to Fengxian County, Xuzhou to visit the mother of eight children, they were stopped by a large number of police. A policeman threatened, “What kind of power are you? You can’t make trouble, you can’t make waves, especially if you raise your head, if you raise your head, you will be arrested and you will be imprisoned. I tell you clearly, you What do you think you are? We have hundreds of police officers on alert now.”
