Zouhair El Oudghiri, appointed Chairman of the Executive Committee of Dislog Group

Moncef Belkhayat, CEO of Dislog Group announced the appointment of Zouhair El Oudghiri, member of the Dislog Board of Directors for 5 years, as Advisor and Chairman of the Group Executive Committee.

On this occasion, he declared “I am delighted to see Zouhair become more involved in the governance of our group. After the merger-absorption of Disog by islog Industries which gave birth to Dislog Group, we are entering a new phase of strengthening our governance. Zouhair’s expertise at national and international level will create enormous value for Dislog Group”.

Zouhair El Oudghiri said for his part: “I am very happy to be more involved in the governance of Dislog Group. With Moncef and his management team, we will prepare a roadmap for a major IPO in 2024 inchallah”.

Aged 53, and father of 4 children, Zouhair El Oudghiri, residing in Saudi Arabia and a graduate of the École Supérieure des Mines-France, has 32 years of experience in the FMCG sector within several multinationals: P&G, PepsiCo and Americana as well as other regional groups such as: Savola, Naghi and A-Othman.
