A violent fire has been underway at Châtelet rue de la Sablière since 2:30 p.m. It’s an old ironwork building that’s on fire.
The roof contains asbestos and residents within a radius of 500 meters are asked not to leave their homes. It is requested to close the doors and windows as well as to cut the ventilation.
The firefighters of Marcinelle, reinforced by those of Jumet, are on site.
