After the US interest rate hike by 0.75 percentage points, the heads of fiscal, monetary and financial authorities, including Deputy Prime Minister Choo Kyung-ho and Bank of Korea Governor Lee Chang-yong, met to discuss countermeasures.
He said that price stability is the most urgent issue, diagnosing that the ‘complex crisis’ will continue for a considerable period of time due to the prolonged crisis in Ukraine.
