10.24 LoL patch notes: nerf to Mythic items, Samira and Amumu

Changes to objects


Damage changed from 100 + 0.15% AP to 100 + 0.10% AP. Movement speed to mode boost changes from 30% to 15%.

Damage over time changed from 15 + 2.5% AP + 1% of target’s health to 15 + 1.5% AP + 1% of target’s health.

Chance damage changed from 175-250 to 125-200.

Amplified damage per second changes from 3% per second and 15 maximum to 2% per second and 10 maximum.

Rocket base damage changed from 200-300 to 175-250. Also, the speed of movement to mode boost drops from 75% to 50%.

The AP ratio drops from 50% to 40%.

Damage over time drops from 1.5% to 1.25% of maximum health every second.

AP ratio on hit changes from 25% to 20%.

Increase the cooldown from 6 to 8 seconds.

Cost increased from 3,100 to 3,200 gold. Also, lower attack speed from 30% to 25%.


Base mana increased from 150 to 240. Maximum stacks changed from 450 to 360.

Increases AP from 70 to 75.

Healing is no longer reduced by AoE abilities against neutral monsters, but is reduced from 12% to 10%.

AD increases from 60 to 65, and damage with jump chance increases from 60 + 0.3 base AD to 60 + 0.45 base AD.

AD increases from 40 to 50.

The cost is reduced from 2900 to 2700, and the duration of the buff increases from 2 to 3 seconds.

Base heal increased from 30-60 to 60-90. Additionally, the heal amplification changes from 0-150% to 0-100% for 4 seconds, and the maximum heal from 75-150 to 120-180.

AD increases from 55 to 60.

Shield changed from 50 + 40% of base AD to 70 + 40% of base AD.

Changes to champions


Passive attack speed changed from 10% to 5% per 100 AP.

Passive melee damage bonus changed from 2-19 + 10% of base AD to 2-19 + 7.5% of base AD. Also, the range of the passive to immobilize with your dash changes from 800-1000 to 650-960.

Passive Movement Speed ​​bonus AD changed from 15-30% to 12-45%. Additionally, E’s movement speed changed from 25-85% to 25-75%.
