Islamabad: 10 students died following their boat sank in the river in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of northwestern Pakistan. Eight students are missing. Nine injured people were admitted to the hospital.

The accident occurred in a 50-member group that was on an excursion from a religious school in Tanda region. All the children who died were between the ages of seven and 12. Tourists were banned from Tanda Lake due to the danger. Those who crossed this ban were the ones who got into an accident. Divers of the Pakistan Navy are continuing to search for the missing persons.
